These terms apply to oriontechnology.com.au. They govern the website itself — not our products, and not any work we do for you.
What these terms cover
This is a website that describes who we are and what we build. By using it, you accept these terms.
They do not cover our products, which have their own terms — see CareOp's terms and MySienna's. They also do not create any engagement between us. Work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site is an offer to enter one.
The content
Everything on this site — text, design, code, the Orion mark and the constellation device — belongs to Orion Technology Pty Ltd or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, pass it off as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or a relationship that does not exist.
The CareOp and MySienna names, marks and logos identify those products. Third-party names and marks mentioned anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners.
Accuracy
We write this site carefully and keep it current, but it describes capabilities and products in general terms. Descriptions may change as the products do, and nothing here is a warranty, a specification, or a commitment about what any particular system will do. If a detail matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will answer it directly.
Links to other sites
We link to our own product sites and occasionally to others. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their handling of your information.
Availability
We make no promise that this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant content or paying the cost of doing so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date shown above.
